Financial Times: UK minister dismisses gas supply concerns

Energy minister Charles Hendry said Britain faced no danger of disruption to gas supplies following the evacuation and shutdown of the Elgin platform because of “unusually warm weather”, as government agencies and Total continued to work on a strategy for bringing the North Sea gas leak under control.
