Financial Times: Shtokman exit shows a realistic Gazprom

For Gazprom, the vast Shtokman gasfield in the Arctic was a flagship project intended to bring the Soviet-style behemoth into a new century of liquefied natural gas, high-tech capital intensive development and potential exports to the US.
