Ukrinform: Ukrainian Prime Minister and Shell confirm intention about expansion of cooperation
“An agreement with the international company Royal Dutch Shell remains inviolable, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said in Davos. In addition, according to him, cooperation with the largest international company will be expanded,” a statement reads.
By results of negotiations in Davos between the head of the Ukrainian government and Chairman of the Board of Royal Dutch Shell Jorma Ollila, it became known that the world's seventh by size company may be engaged not only in shale gas production in Ukraine.
“We do not refuse from shale gas development. Cooperation with Shell will be expanded to other spheres too,” Azarov said.
