CLAUDE ILLY: I believe that if the right framework is set, it could be very beneficial to Mozambique, South Africa, and to neighbouring countries. Right now, the Regulatory and Fiscal framework, in order to develop those huge gas discoveries in Mozambique, are being established and it seems as though it’s going in the right direction. If the right framework is set, many people will benefit from it.
