Gulf Times: Guenther Oettinger Says Dialogue Key for Energy Sector Stakeholders

Guenther Oettinger, European Commissioner for Energy, yesterday called for greater co-operation and dialogue between all stakeholders in the energy sector, and praised Qatar’s role in improving the flexibility of energy markets in his address to the World Petroleum Congress.

He also predicted that gas will continue to grow as a major part of the energy mix in the years to come, and hailed Qatar’s role in improving the flexibility of the energy resource with the world’s largest gas to liquids project. HERE
