Standart News: Bulgaria's South Stream to benefit from the highest possible tax break

During he construction of the South Stream pipeline, the project will benefit from the most favorable tax treatment in Bulgaria, Art. 14 of the recently publihed intergovernmental agreement between Bulgaria and Russia reveals.

According to the document published by the Ministry of Economy, Bulgaria undertakes to dispose of collateral equipment and materials necessary for the construction and operation of the pipeline.

Also, the state is committed to accelerating the process of returning the VAT to be paid for materials, services and works for the construction and operation of the pipeline.
