FOCUS News Agency: Ministry of Regional Development sends complaints against South Stream project to the SAC

The Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development sent to the Supreme Administrative Court all submitted complaints – 12 in number, against the construction permit of South Stream gas pipeline project, press centre of the Ministry of Regional Development announced.

We recall that complaints were filed by Radan Kanev, the Civil League of Bulgaria, Antranik Tashchiyan, National Front for Salvation of Bulgaria (NFSB) party, IMRO – Bulgarian National Movement (IMRO - BNM), Green Policy Institute (GPI), Political Party the Greens, the National Association Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, Zhivka Vasileva, Emiliya Balcheva and B&B Consult EOOD. Most of the complaints contest the construction permit and its early implementation.

The Ministry of Regional Development does not uphold the preliminary implementation of the issued construction permit.
