Abc.az: Akkord intends to construct pipeline for delivery of Azerbaijani gas to Europe
Industrial and Construction Investment Corporation Akkord OJSC intends to construct Trans-Anatolian pipeline (TANAP) for delivery of Azerbaijani gas to Europe.
According to Göksel Aybek, Akkord CEO, Corporation is the only Azerbaijani contender for construction of this 1,810 km gas pipeline.
“We have established Consortium with companies SICIM S.p.A. (Italy) and Yüksel Inşaat A.Ş. (Turkey) to participate in the tender for selection of construction contractor”, - Aybek said.
In his words, 15 companies and consortiums took part in the preliminary assessment of tender participants.
