Wison Offshore, Baker Hughes sign MoU on LNG

Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Co., an affiliate of China’s Wison Offshore & Marine, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Baker Hughes to collaborate in the field of offshore floating LNG (FLNG) and onshore LNG applications, Wison Offshore said on November 8.

Wison Offshore is an EPCIC contractor for FLNG and EPC contractor for onshore LNG plant modules with a focus on clean energy. Baker Hughes is a leading energy technology company providing solutions, products, and services to the energy industry worldwide.

Damien Nguyen, CTO of Wison Offshore said the signing of the MoU will not only intensify collaboration between the two companies, but it will also enhance the effort to support the global clean energy industry.
