Sterling Completes Madagascan Exit

AIM-listed Africa explorer Sterling Energy confirmed on May 9 it has completed its withdrawal from the Ambilobe block, offshore Madagascar.

The company announced its intention of withdrawing from the block, and from Madagascar, on April 28 2016. Australia-listed Pura Vida is now the 100% holder of the Ambilobe offshore block. Sterling had held an interest in the block since 2004.
