EnerMech, Indonesia's TSI form JV to accelerate Asia Pacific growth
Services company EnerMech has formed a strategic joint venture (JV) with Titian Servis Indonesia (TSI) to expand its presence in the Asia Pacific market, it announced on September 6.
The new entity, EnerMech Titian JVA, will combine the strengths of both companies to deliver innovative and scalable business solutions that meet the unique demands of the region. EnerMech will contribute its global expertise across its service lines, technology, and equipment fleet, while TSI will bring its understanding of the Indonesian market and strong local relationships.
“Our collaboration represents a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering excellence across all the sectors and countries we operate in, as well as contributing to economic development,” EnerMech’s regional director for Asia Pacific, Garry Ford, said.
“We have a shared vision with EnerMech to drive innovation and foster sustainable growth across Indonesia and the wider Asia Pacific region,” said Tanta Tarigan, managing director of TSI.
The two businesses have worked together on various projects since early 2022.
