Bosnia-Herzegovina to Sell Stake in Energopetrol

Public stake in Bosnia’s Energopetrol could be soon on sale on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange. The stake accounts for 22.12% of the total shares. 

‘The subject of auction is the package of 1.215.111 shares of Energopetrol d.d. Sarajevo, which are owned by Federation of BiH. The minimum price is set at 6,80 KM per share,’ reads a note released by the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

 The special auction has been scheduled for February 12th 2014.

Croatia’s energy firm INA and Hungary’s oil and gas company MOL both own 33.5% stake in Energopetrol. The remaining 10% is in the hands of small shareholders.
