ZIM inks charter deal for LNG-fuelled containerships

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services on January 18 announced a new eight-year $400mn charter agreement with a unit of Kenon Holdings for three 7,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessels.

The vessels will be constructed at Korean-based shipyard, Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries and are scheduled to be delivered during the first and second quarters of 2024.
