Wood signs three-year agreement with Atlantic LNG

Wood on April 8 announced that its joint venture company, Massy Wood, had successfully secured a three-year agreement with Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago (Atlantic) to provide project management and engineering expertise for Atlantic's liquefaction facility in Trinidad.

Under the terms of the contract, Massy Wood will collaborate with Atlantic to enhance operational efficiency and reliability in the critical gas supply sector of the region. Massy Wood has delivered construction management across Atlantic’s liquefaction facility for the last decade.

The contract will be executed by Massy Wood's dedicated team in Trinidad, supported by Wood's LNG experts based in Houston, as well as Wood's global decarbonization and new energy teams.

Atlantic is the operator of a four-train liquefaction facility located at Point Fortin on the southwest coast of Trinidad. Altogether, the facility is capable of producing up to 100,000 m3/day of LNG. Natural gas feedstock is sourced from offshore fields located north and east of Trinidad.
