The expansion project consists of the addition of 33,000 hp of electric-drive compression at Transco’s Compressor Station 303 in Essex County, New Jersey, and meter, regulator, transformer and ancillary equipment installations at the Roseland and Paterson meter stations, also in New Jersey.

Cost of the expansion project is estimated at $84.6mn, and the new facilities are expected to be in service by the 2020/2021 winter heating season.
