Ukraine Publishes Gas Import Data

State-owned Naftogaz Ukrainy has published information regarding the volumes (Table 1) of imported gas last year and the price (Tables 2&3), including the netback price in the country of origin. The data below are based on actual costs the company incurred buying gas, supported by customs declarations and other documents, it said February 8. Transport costs appear to be around $8/'000 m³.

Information regarding the volume-weighted average cost of gas is aggregated for the quarter to preserve confidentiality and maintain its negotiating position with respect to European suppliers, it said.
