TTF down 10% on Jan 17

The February gas contract at the Dutch TTF hub closed on January 17 at 10.3% below the level in the previous trading session at €78 ($89)/MWh, according to ICE trading data.

European spot gas prices are down significantly from their level in late December, although constraints with Russian supply continue to provide upwards pressure. Gas Infrastructure Europe data shows that utilisation at EU and UK gas storage facilities is now at 47.6%, down 0.6 percentage points from the level on January 16.
