TechnipFMC to Wrap up Separation Mid-Month

London-listed engineering group TechnipFMC will complete the separation of its engineering and construction activities from its services and technology business on February 16, the company said.

TechnipFMC resumed its separation plans in January, after putting the process on hold for nearly a year in light of the coronavirus pandemic. The last day of trading TechnipFMC shares that include the right to receive shares in Technip Energies will be February 12 at the New York Stock Exchange and February 15 at the Euronext Paris bourse, TechnipFMC said in a statement on February 4.

TechnipFMC will then commence trading on a standalone basis on both exchanges on February 16, by which point Technip Energies will be operating as an independent company.
