Shell to exchange know-how, expertise with Kuwaiti NOC

Shell has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kuwait's state-owned oil firm Kuwait Petroleum (KPC) on exchanging know-how and expertise across various areas of the oil and gas industry, the latter company said on May 13.

In a statement, KPC said the memorandum was signed as part of its push to tap the experience of leading international oil and gas companies. The document does not imply any financial liabilities, it said.
