Saudi NGDC, TAQA Arabia sign MoU

Saudi Arabia's Natural Gas Distribution Co. (NGDC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Egyptian gas distributor TAQA Arabia, it said on September 12 in a stock exchange filing.

NGDC said that the memorandum was signed to “open new horizons for cooperation and benefit from various practical experiences in the field of gas and energy”. The companies will look at ways of cooperation in entering into a partnership to develop and operate gas transportation services and gas networks, NGDC added.
