Pavilion Energy to supply LNG to China's Zhejiang Hangjiaxin

Singapore’s Pavilion Energy has signed an agreement to supply LNG to China’s Zhejiang Hangjiaxin Clean Energy Co., it said on December 28. Under the agreement, up to 0.5mn metric tons/year of LNG will be delivered to Hangjiaxin from 2023.

The LNG will be delivered to the Jiaxing LNG terminal in Zhejiang. The 1mn mt/yr terminal is operated by Hangjiaxin, a joint venture between city gas distributors Jiaxing Gas and Hangzhou Gas.

“Supplying small-scale LNG reinforces our commitment to enhance Singapore’s position as a regional LNG hub and support growing demand for small-scale LNG in Asia,” Alan Heng, interim group CEO of Pavilion Energy, said.
