OGDCL flows gas from Jandran X-04 in Pakistan

Pakistan's Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL) has found gas at its Jandran X-04 well in Balochistan, it said on May 17.

The well was drilled to the depth of 1200 m and flowed 7.08mn ft3/day of gas and 0.55 barrels/day condensate. The company said the discovery of Jandran X-04 has “opened a new avenue and would add to the hydrocarbon reserves of OGDCL and the country”.

OGDCL operates the Jandran block, where the well is located, with a 100% interest.
