Daily Times Nigeria: PENGASSAN Urges Buhari To Speed Up PIB

National President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association (PENGASSAN), Comrade Francis Johnson, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to make haste on the Petroleum Industry Bill.

He made the statement during the National Association of Energy Correspondents (NAEC) 2015 August Conference held, on Thursday, at Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
