NGIF CEO named to Canadian cleantech list

John Adams, CEO of NGIF Capital, has been named to Canada’s Clean50 awards list for 2022, Delta Management Group and the Clean50 organisation said September 29.

“John Adams was chosen after rigourous screening and research by Delta Management, with advice from internal researchers and external advisors, and was among honourees selected from an initial pool of over 1,000 well-qualified nominees,” Delta Management CEO Gavin Pitchford said.

“I am truly thankful to be selected as one of the honourees of Canada’s Clean50 2022 Award, in the category of Angels: Investors & Ecosystem,” Adams said. “It is an honour to be in the distinguished ranks of the other Clean50 2022 honourees. 

Other Clean50 honourees from the Canadian resources sector include Martha Hall Findlay, chief sustainability officer at Suncor, Kirsten Marcia, CEO of Saskatchewan geothermal energy developer DEEP Earth Energy Production and Carbon XPrize finalist Apoorv Sinha, CEO of Carbon UpCycling of Calgary, which is developing technology that uses CO2 to make stronger concrete.
