Kurd gas field struck by rockets

The Khor Mor gas field in Iraq's Kurdistan region was hit by rockets late on October 13, according to local media reports.

The Kurdistan region has seen an uptake in such attacks since the start of the year, with the blame put on Iran-backed militias. According to the Kurdish Rudaw network, there were no casualties and production at the field proceeds as normal.

The Khor Mor field is operated by UAE firm Danas Gas, and currently produces more than 450mn ft3/day of gas.
