Jura Starts Production from Pakistan's Badin IV South Leases

Canada-listed Jura Energy has started commercial production from the Ayesha, Aminah and Ayesha North leases in the Badin IV South block in Pakistan, it said February 13.

The current production from the leases comprises of approximately 22mn ft3/d (net to Jura 6.05 ft3/d) of gas and 174 b/d (net to Jura 46.9 b/d) of natural gas liquids. The gas from the leases is being sold to Sui Southern Gas, whereas the natural gas liquids are sold directly to refineries in Pakistan, the company said.
