Japan's LNG imports down 5% in November

Japanese LNG imports in November came in at 5.54mn metric tons, down 5.4% year/year, according to the provisional data published by the country’s finance ministry on December 15.

The imports were up 9% month/month, however. Japan’s imports cost 751.5bn yen ($5.5bn) last month, up 51.9% yr/yr, the data showed.
