Japan's LNG imports down 2% in September

Japanese LNG imports in September were 5.32mn metric tons, down 1.6% year/year, according to the provisional data published by the country’s finance ministry on October 20.

The imports were down over 15% month/month. Japan’s shipments last month cost 878bn yen ($5.86bn), up 164.2% yr/yr.
