Iran Ready to Supply Gas to Jordan

Iran is expected to export natural gas to Jordan through pipelines currently being used to supply gas to Iraq and Turkey.

However, the two countries need to come to an agreement on the issue. Last year in July, Jordan had received an offer from Iran to supply natural gas to the country.

Iran has the world's second largest natural gas reserves and its natural gas production capacity stands at around 554 million cubic meters per day.
