IRNA: Iran exports USD8.6bn gas condensates

Iran exported over 9.575 million tons of gas condensates, worth $8.65b, in the nine months of the calendar year (started March 21, 2014), said an official on Sunday.

Talking to IRNA, Director General of Pars Energy Special Economic Zone's Customs Office Khodadad Rahimi said the figures show a 40-percent and 35-percent increase in term of value and weight respectively compared to the same period the previous year.

Rahimi underlined that the gas condensates were mainly exported to China, Japan, UAE, India, Turkey, Iraq, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Armenia, Russia, Mozambique, Egypt, Syria, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Qatar, Tanzania, Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Georgia, South Korea and Mexico.
