Harbour's Europe chief steps down

Phil Kirk will step down at the end of the month as the CEO for Europe and president of Harbour Energy, the largest oil and gas producer in the UK, the company announced on February 2.

Kirk formerly served as CEO of Chrysaor, a company he founded, which merged with Premier last year to form Harbour. Harbour CEO Linda Cook and its chairman Blair Thomas thanked Kirk for his work.
