Graphic Online: Ghana to Produce 500m scf Gas by 2019

Ghana is expected to produce 500 million standard cubic feet (scf) of gas by 2019.

That will be enough to power about 3,000 megawatts (MW) of electricity generation in the country.

The Minister of Petroleum, Mr Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, announced this in Tamale at the launch of this year’s Consumer Week.
