Global energy markets are constantly evolving, sometimes making it difficult to identify when truly fundamental changes are underway. However, for natural gas markets—which are undergoing new shifts in global demand and supply, and face questions about conventional pricing, contracting and financing—there is no question that they are in the midst of a dramatic shake-up.
