Gazprom Ups Export Revenues

Gazprom's revenues from gas exports in January-June 2017 increased by 19.5%, compared to the same period last year. The company's total profit was $17.89bn, the Federal Customs Service of Russia reported.

At the same time, over the past six months, Gazprom increased gas exports by 8.6% to 103.6bn m3, 8.5% more than 1Q16.

Sales to the Commonwealth of Independent States (former Soviet Republics) increased in the first half of the year by 4.1% to 17.7bn m3. To non-CIS countries, the volume of natural gas exports increased by 9.7% to 85.9bn m3
