Gazprom Reports Personnel Changes

Gazprom announced several key personnel changes in a statement late on February 17.

The deputy chairman of the Russian gas company's management committee, Elena Vasilieva, has gone into retirement. She will be replaced by Mikhail Rosseyev, currently Gazprom's chief accountant.

Another Gazprom deputy chairman Mikhail Sereda has been named first deputy of Gazprom's export arm, Gazprom Export, as well as director of Gazprom Trading, a new unit. 

Pavel Oderov has also been appointed as a deputy of Gazprom Export, and replacing him in his current role as head of Gazprom's international business department will be Dmitry Khandoga.
