Gasunie Expands Exec Board

Dutch gas infrastructure operator Gasunie announced April 12 it has doubled the size of the group's executive board from two members – its CEO Han Fennema and finance chief Rene Oudejans – to four.

The new recruits are Annie Krist, who is CEO of wholly-owned network operator Gasunie Transport Services (GTS), and Ulco Vermeulen, director of participations and business development. They join the board on May 1 as ‘titular members’, their appointment having been approved by both the Dutch finance ministry, Gasunie's sole shareholder, and by the company's own supervisory board.

Fennema and Oudejans are both statutory Gasunie executive board members. The company reported its 2015 annual results on March 17.
