Equinor extends maintenance deals for $1.3bn

 Norway's Equinor has exercised options worth 11.5bn kroner ($1.3bn) to extend framework contracts for maintenance and modification work at its onshore and offshore facilities, the company said on February 11.

The deals with Aibel, Apply, Aker Solutions and Wood Group have been extended by three years from March 1, 2023, Equinor said, representing the final options for those contracts.
