Cuadrilla Welcomes Lancashire County Council’s Planning Officers’ Decision

UK-focused Cuadrilla Resources welcomed the openness of the Lancashire County Council’s Planning Officers, confirming its intention to carry out seismic and pressure monitoring in case of a green light from the Council’s Development Control Committee on February 25.

‘We welcome the decision by Lancashire County Council’s Planning Officers to recommend to the Council’s Development Control Committee the approval of planning consent for our application for  our Grange Hill site’ the company commented on Wednesday

The company said that the proposed activities would not automatically imply further drilling or hydraulic fracturing at the site.
