Czech Coal Mine Explosion Kills 13

Thirteen miners died and a further ten were injured in an explosion in a hard coal mine in the Czech Republic on December 20, reported Radio Prague.

Eleven of the dead were Polish nationals. At least one of the injured is critically injured. The December 21 report in English can be accessed here (a fuller report is available in Czech).
