CNPC Ramps Up Output at Changqing Field

State-run CNPC-operated Changqing oil field’s output during the first two months of the year stood at 10.22mn metric tons of oil equivalent, up 6.38% yr/yr, the company said March 4.

The field produced 4.03mn mt of crude oil and 7.77bn m3 of natural gas during the January 1-February 29 period, CNPC said.

Changqing oil field, one of China’s biggest, is located in Ordos Basin in the north of the country.
