Cnooc's Zhuhai terminal processes more LNG in Q1

Cnooc Gas and Power’s Zhuhai LNG terminal processed over 900,000 metric tons of LNG in the three months to March 31 (Q1), up 89% year/year, the company said on April 15.  

The terminal’s supplies via LNG trucks increased 67.1% yr/yr, while pipeline gas deliveries jumped 116.1% yr/yr.  The terminal, located in China’s Guangdong province, has a capacity of 3.5mn mt/yr and supplies gas to cities of Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Macao and Jiangmen.
