China's Gas Production in March Up 11%
China's natural gas production in March stood at 16.9bn m3, up 11.2% yr/yr, as per data published on April 17 by the country’s statistics bureau.
During the first quarter of the year, production was 48.3bn m3, up 9.1% yr/yr, the data showed.
Earlier this month, the customs department said that China imported 6.92mn metric tons of gas via pipeline and in the form of LNG during March, little changed from a year ago.
