China's gas imports up 22% in Jan-Sep

China’s natural gas imports via pipeline and in the form of LNG in January-September were 89.85mn metric tons (mt), up 22.2% year/year, the country’s customs department said on October 13.

Asia’s biggest economy imported 10.62mn mt of gas in September, the customs department said without providing yr/yr comparison.
