China's Gas Consumption in July Up 0.6%
China’s natural gas consumption in July was 24.63bn m3, up 0.6% yr/yr, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on August 28 in a statement.
The country’s gas consumption during the first seven months of the year was 180.24bn m3, up 3.3% yr/yr, NDRC said.
During the January-July period, production was 108.3bn m3, up 9.5% yr/yr, China’s statistics bureau said last month. Gas imports via pipeline and in the form of LNG were up 1.9% yr/yr, customs department said early August.
