China's 2019 Gas Imports Up Almost 7%

China’s natural gas imports (pipeline and LNG) last year stood at 96.56mn metric tons, up 6.9% year on year, according to customs department data published January 14.

In December, China imported about 9.5mn mt of natural gas as against 9.45mn mt in November, the customs department said.
