China September Gas Consumption Up

China’s natural gas consumption in September was 24.5bn m³, up 9.4% year on year, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said October 31.

Consumption was up on August as well when China consumed 25bn m³ of gas.

Last month, China produced 13.5bn m³, an increase of 10.6% over the same period of last year, NDRC said.
