Chevron Australia Extends WorleyParsons Contract

Chevron Australia has awarded WorleyParsons a contract extension to provide services to support the assets of its Australasian strategic business unit, WorleyParsons said June 21.

Under the extension, WorleyParsons will continue to provide brownfield engineering services to support the onshore and offshore Gorgon and Wheatstone LNG assets and the Barrow and Thevenard Islands oil assets in Western Australia.

WorleyParsons has held the current contract for five years. The extension is for a further two years with options for one additional two-year term and one additional one-year term, the company said.
