BW LNG receives new LNGC

Singaporean shipowner BW LNG on March 23 took the delivery of LNG carrier BW Lesmes from South Korean shipyard Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, it said on LinkedIn the same day.  

The vessel has a capacity of 174,000 m3 and is fitted with the ME-GI dual-fuel two-stroke engine with reliquefaction capabilities. The company said that the vessel is named after the late LNG trading pioneer, Luis Lesmes.
