BP to Supply LNG to China's Foran Energy: Press

Chinese gas distributor Foran Energy has signed an agreement to buy LNG from BP, Bloomberg reported April 18 citing a company statement published on WeChat.

The agreement, under which Foran will buy 600,000 metric tons/yr of LNG, was signed via videoconference. The company did not disclose the deal's value or its duration.

Foran and BP are also shareholders in the Guangdong Dapeng project, China's first LNG import terminal.
