Angola Holds Roadshow for Offshore Blocks

Angola is seeking investors to explore its frontier Namibe and Benguela petroleum basins offshore.

The Angolan National Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG) is offering up nine blocks in Namibe and one more in Benguela, state news outlet Angop reported on September 2, citing an agency press release.

A roadshow presenting the acreage is underway in Luanda. It will move to Houston on September 10, London on September 17 and Dubai on September 23.

The licensing round will open for bids on October 2, according to an ANPG statement in June.
